Parkey vs. Perch for UF Gameday Parking
Two ways to reserve a space near the Swamp before Saturday. We run one of them, so everything about Perch below is quoted from Perch's own site, linked, and dated September 17, 2026 - except its host fee, which Perch does not publish and confirmed to us in writing.

The fee is the difference
A host who lists a driveway on Parkey at $40 gets $40. The fan sees the full total before paying.
Perch takes its cut from the host. Perch confirmed to us in writing on July 15, 2026 that the base fee for hosts is 15%, so the same $40 driveway pays the host about $34 there. Perch's Lot Host Terms of Service do not state a commission. They say Perch remits what fans pay "less any applicable fees or commissions," and that a customer-facing fee can be added or changed at Perch's discretion without telling the host first. If you are a homeowner deciding where to list, ask for that number in writing before gameday.
Pay for the games you go to
Six home games is a lot of Saturdays to commit to in August. Parkey bookings are per game, so a fan who makes it to Ole Miss and Oklahoma pays for two games. Perch's own FAQ says refunds are not available after reserving season parking.

Parkey's checkout states it in one line: cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation for a full refund. Perch gives two answers. Its homepage says you can cancel up to 48 hours before the game. Its refund policy obligates a refund only when the game itself is cancelled, says anything else is "evaluated on a case-by-case basis," and withholds 3% from an approved customer-requested refund. Read both before you book there.
