About Parkey

Parkey is a Gainesville-built marketplace where homeowners near Ben Hill Griffin Stadium rent out their driveways to Gator fans on gameday.

What Parkey does

Hosts list a driveway and set their own price. Fans see the exact spot, the price, and the walk to the stadium, then book and pay before they leave the house. Parkey started with UF football in Gainesville and also covers big events like concerts at the stadium.

Drivers start at the gameday parking schedule. Homeowners start at list your driveway.

Who runs it

Parkey LLC is a Florida company based in Gainesville. It was started by three University of Florida students who have been friends since middle school: Zane Knapp (founder), Matthew Seyoum (co-founder), Trevor Regli (co-founder). The idea came out of their own house hunt near campus.
