Florida Atlantic weekend

UF has designated this one 352 Community Day, with local organizations and community groups from around North Central Florida invited back to campus and special ticket offers attached. That pulls a different crowd than an SEC weekend: more people driving in from around the county for a single Saturday, fewer booking hotels.

Florida Atlantic plays in the American Athletic Conference and travels up from Boca Raton, so the visiting contingent is small. Florida is 4-0 all-time against the Owls and last played them in 2021.

The real pressure on this date is the opener itself. It's the first Saturday everyone is back in town, and the streets closest to the stadium fill with people who haven't parked here since November.

A 7:45 kickoff also means walking back to the car close to midnight. Worth picking a driveway on a lit residential street over the cheapest spot a mile out.

Where to park

Closest driveways sit north and southwest of the stadium: College Park, University Park, SW 2nd Ave. Each listing shows its own walk before you book, and the comparison page prices every other option.
